Adrianna Koniuch

St. kpt. mgr inż. Ariadna Koniuch holds a Master’s degree in fire fighting, and an engineer’s degree in chemistry, specialising in chemical rescue operations. She has been on the force since 2001. Currently she is deputy head of the Threat Analysis Department at the Office of Threat Identification of the Head Office of the State Fire Service. She is an active member of a working group at the European Commission, dealing with inspections of plants and/or factories that pose a real threat of serious large-scale industrial breakdowns. She has authored and co-authored numerous columns concerning issues to do with the fire safety of premises and industrial breakdowns, published in professional magazines. She lectures on post-graduate programmes run by the Main School of the Fire Service (SGSP) in Warsaw
